Refund Policy

At GTAsync, we aim to provide the best possible service and customer satisfaction. If you feel the need to request a refund, you are welcome to do so. However, the refund amount may depend on the status of your order and the work completed. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect:

 
Full Refunds

You can request a full refund if:

  • You cancel the order before we have made any visible progress on it.

  • You are returning an account within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We inform you that we are unable to complete the order as requested.

  • The quality of order performed by your booster is unsatisfactory. In that case our management will first carefully investigate the situation, offer solutions and proceed with refund if necessary.

  • In the unlikely event that your account is suspended by the game developer due to our services, and you choose not to accept a replacement account.

 
Partial Refunds

You can request a partial refund if:

  • You cancel the order after we’ve started working on it. In such cases, a portion of the refund will be deducted based on the progress made, as we need to compensate our boosters for their work.

 
How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us using your preferred communication method. We will confirm the refund process by replying through the same channel.

 
Refund Processing Time

While we strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, the exact timing depends on the payment method you used. In some cases, refunds may be instant, but in others, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
