    If you’ve purchased an account, we’ll send your new login details via chat, which will open as soon as you place your order. The account will be ready to play immediately, and you’ll be able to change all the account details for your safety. If you’ve purchased any other service, we’ll request your account details and schedule your boost. Typically, we can start within an hour of your purchase. At the scheduled time, our pro booster will log into your account and complete the boost. Rest assured, nothing will change on your account except for the improvements you purchased. You can also request to pause the boost at any time if you’d like to play yourself. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you when the boost is complete.

  • How long does it take to refund money?
    We process refunds on the next business day. Once a refund is initiated, the timing depends on your bank. Different banks have varying processing times, so you may want to check with your bank for an estimated timeline. On average, our customers receive refunds within 1-2 business days.
